Goldfish is a BRAND NEW Swim School in Chesapeake for children from 4 months--12 years of age.  We utilize our Science of Swim Play to make learning to swim and water safety a fun and successful experience for our swimmers. Our 30 minute lessons are conducted in a 90 degree pool, ensuring a shiver free experience.

Located in the Great Bridge/Hickory area of Chesapeake, VA we offer group fitness classes for all levels. Our classes incorporate dance cardio with strength training to sculpt and tone your muscles in the ultimate full – body workout. Our classes are in person and streamed online! Plus, we offer childcare for some classes. 

The Little Gym of Chesapeake is a non-competitive, multi dimensional gymnastics program for children ages 4 months - 12 years old. With nurturing and knowledgeable instructors, a curriculum built upon the American Academy of Pediatric Milestones and a safe, FUN environment where kids take risks and grow in confidence, our gym is truly the springboard to life's adventures. Whatever sport your child ends up pursuing, The Little Gym will give them the foundation to soar. We pride ourselves on a squeaky clean facility, enthusiastic instructors and super FUN and ENGAGING classes! 

USA Ninja Challenge offers classes and programs for all age groups, including 4 to 5-year-olds, 6 to 12-year-olds and teens. Our curriculum is designed to meet the requirements of a full physical fitness program for today’s youth.
