This last minute clinic provided by the Chesapeake Health Department will help you make sure your student is absolutely ready for going back to school, providing required vaccines.
For 7th and 12th graders only.
You must bring your student's vaccine record!
Bring your insurance card if you have one. No insurance? No problem, come anyway!
Walk in from 8 to 6 on either day. First come, first served. While supplies last.
